Returns & Exchanges

At Sophia Jewelers, we want you to cherish your fine jewelry forever; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the item in its original Sophia Jewelers velvet box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
